Scott is an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive experience in process improvement, practice innovation, and legal technology. In his role as Corporate Counsel and Legal Operations Lead at Irving Shipbuilding Inc., Scott is responsible for the overall legal operations strategy for the J.D. Irving, Limited group of companies. Prior to joining Irving Shipbuilding, Scott was a corporate/commercial lawyer at Atlantic Canada’s largest law firm and devoted much of his time to business development for the firm.
