Lowell Rothschild died December 29, 2017

Lowell E. Rothschild, a Charter Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management and a Tucson lawyer for more than six decades, passed away at the age of 90. Rothschild was one of three founders of law firm Mesch, Marquez and Rothschild in 1957, and was involved with the firm until his death.

A Chicago native, Lowell moved to Tucson in 1942 and received a law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law (UA) in 1952 through the GI Bill after he served in the Navy. Throughout his career, he was one of Tucson's well-known bankruptcy attorneys, but he was a leader nationally in the field of law office management.
