Terry Theologides

Stergios "Terry" Theologides is Fannie Mae's Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. He oversees the Legal Department and Government and Industry Relations, and serves as a senior advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Theologides joined Fannie Mae in March 2019 with more than 20 years of legal and business experience, specifically in financial services and regulatory environments. Prior to assuming his current position, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at CoreLogic, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Theologides was a member of the management committee, helped guide the company's strategic and innovation initiatives, and advised the company on various priorities, including compliance, information security, internal audit, and enterprise risk.

Before joining CoreLogic, Inc., Mr. Theologides was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Morgan Stanley's U.S. residential mortgage business where he provided legal advice on sensitive state regulatory issues during the economic crisis, and was a member of the Federal Reserve Board's Consumer Advisory Council.

Mr. Theologides has a juris doctor from Columbia Law School, and a bachelor of arts in Public and International Affairs from Princeton University.
